In this session, teachers & administrators will take a trip into the history of curriculum development and how conscious & unconscious biases created our "standard" curriculum. They will then hear/read research about the deleterious effects of a non-equity based curriculum, and learn how to walk in an anti-racist and anti-oppressive mindset to create learning experiences that include all facets of identity.
