This interactive workshop will take common classroom practices and shift them slightly into clinically informed, research-based, and easy-to-implement strategies and interventions that can be implemented effectively by any teacher. Through the use of case studies, humorous stories, and examples of common challenging situations, participants will learn interventions for reducing anxiety and negative thinking, while increasing self-regulation, work engagement, and self-monitoring skills in anxious students
